Overview

The ClockEye mobile app brings powerful time tracking to your smartphone. Available for both iOS and Android, the app lets you track time, manage projects, and view reports from anywhere.

Start and stop timers with a single tap. Track time for any project instantly.

Attach photos to time entries for visual documentation of your work.

Smart Notifications

Get reminded to track time, submit timesheets, and stay on schedule.

Offline Mode

Track time without internet. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.

Getting Started

    Download the App

    Install ClockEye from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. 2

    Sign In

    Use your existing ClockEye credentials or create a new account.

  3. 3

    Enable Notifications

    Allow notifications to receive reminders and updates.

  4. 4

    Start Tracking

    Tap the play button on any project to start tracking time.

Time Tracking

The mobile app provides several ways to track time:

Timer Mode

Tap the play button to start a live timer. The timer continues running even when the app is in the background. Tap stop to end the session.

Manual Entry

Add time entries manually by selecting a project, entering start/end times, and adding an optional description.

Quick Entry Widget

Add the ClockEye widget to your home screen for one-tap time tracking without opening the app.

Offline Mode

ClockEye mobile works offline, so you can track time even without an internet connection.

Automatic Sync

When you regain connectivity, all offline data syncs automatically. You will see a sync indicator in the app showing pending changes.

Notifications

Configure notifications in Settings to stay on top of your time tracking:

  • Track Time Reminders - Get reminded if you have not tracked time today
  • Timer Running - Notification when a timer is active
  • Timesheet Due - Reminder to submit weekly timesheets
  • Approval Updates - When timesheets are approved or rejected

Battery Optimization

Disable Battery Optimization

For reliable background tracking on Android, disable battery optimization for ClockEye. Go to Settings → Apps → ClockEye → Battery → Unrestricted.
