Basic Configuration
After creating your workspace, configure these essential settings:
Timezone
Set your organization timezone in Settings → General. This affects how time entries and reports are displayed.
Work Hours
Define standard work hours in Settings → Time Tracking. This is used for productivity calculations and overtime tracking.
Screenshot Settings
Configure screenshot frequency and privacy settings in Settings → Screenshots. Balance monitoring needs with employee privacy.
Create Your First Project
- 1.Navigate to Projects in the sidebar and click "New Project"
- 2.Enter a project name and optional description
- 3.Assign team members who will work on this project
- 4.Set billing type (billable/non-billable) and hourly rate if applicable
- 5.Click "Create Project" to save
