Team Management

Manage your team members, invite new users, and organize your workforce effectively.

Inviting Team Members

  1. 1.Go to Team → Members in the sidebar
  2. 2.Click "Invite Members"
  3. 3.Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
  4. 4.Select role and team assignment
  5. 5.Click "Send Invitations"

Bulk Import

Import multiple users via CSV file with name, email, and role columns.

Remove Members

Deactivate or remove members. Their data is retained for reporting purposes.

Creating Teams

Organize members into teams for easier management. Go to Team → Groups to create and manage team structures.

Permissions & Roles

ClockEye uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage permissions.

Owner

Full access to all features including billing and workspace deletion

Billing & Subscription

Manage your subscription, payment methods, and view invoices.

Subscription

View current plan, usage, and upgrade options in Settings → Billing.

Invoices

Access and download all past invoices. Invoices are automatically sent via email.

Billing Per Seat

ClockEye charges per active user per month:

  • Active users are counted at the end of each billing cycle
  • Deactivated users do not count towards the seat limit
  • Annual billing receives a 20% discount

Workspace Settings

Configure organization-wide settings and policies.

Organization name, timezone, work week, and default work hours.

Data Management

Export data, configure retention policies, and manage data access.

Data Export

Export all organization data for backup or migration:

  • Go to Settings → Data Management → Export
  • Select date range and data types to include
  • Download as ZIP with CSV files and images

Data Retention

Configure how long data is retained based on your plan: Free (7 days), Starter (30 days), Pro (90 days), Enterprise (unlimited).
